• Manage leads using CRM tools, preferably Zoho, and track interactions to ensure timely follow-up and conversions.
• Monitor social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages.
• Generate and analyze performance reports on campaigns, website traffic, and social media engagement to inform future strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
