Operations head

LOCATION: Dubai, United Arab Emirates


We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Operations Head to lead and optimize the internal operations of Zopreneurs. This leadership role is central to ensuring cross-functional efficiency, aligning departments with organizational goals, and creating scalable processes to support growth. You will act as a key bridge between the Client Success and Technical teams, while overseeing systems, processes, and team performance to ensure project excellence and client satisfaction


JOB DESCRIPTION:

        1. Operational Leadership & Process Optimization:

        • Own and drive the end-to-end operational strategy for the organization, aligning workflows, systems, and deliverables across departments.
        • Assess and continuously improve internal processes including project implementation, SOWs, and closure documentation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
        • Create and implement new operational frameworks and scalable processes with a forward looking quarterly roadmap.
        • Ensure timely and accurate updating of client information and project statuses in CRM systems (Zoho).


        2. Cross-Functional Coordination:
        • Serve as the central point of coordination between the Client Success and Technical teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and communications are aligned.
        • Facilitate structured weekly reviews with both department heads to assess progress, address roadblocks, and align on outcomes.
        • Evaluate project cases logged in the CRM to ensure resolution quality and consistency.


        3. Performance Monitoring & Training:
        • Regularly assess team and departmental performance using metrics like project delivery timelines and delay analysis.
        • Conduct structured performance reviews for both the Client Success and Technical Managers.
        • Design and deliver monthly training sessions for key managers with curated 3-month training plans focused on leadership, execution, and client outcomes.


        4. Strategic Planning & Project Enhancement:
        • Lead initiatives focused on long-term operational improvement and project enhancement.
        • Develop and execute a 3-month plan for strategic enhancements across the project lifecycle, from onboarding to closure.


        5. Team Development & Engagement:
        • Conduct monthly SWOT assessments and team reviews to identify skill gaps, strengths, and areas for growth.
        • Drive team morale initiatives to build a strong culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in a tech or client-centric organization.

      • Salary between AED 6000 to AED 8000 /Month

      • Strong understanding of business operations, cross-functional workflows, and CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).

      • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, training, and performance management.

      • Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to design and implement scalable processes.

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.

      • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and organized with a high level of accountability.
