Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Intern to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager in various operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, client relations, and CRM usage within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend daily operation huddles.
- Assist the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes related to ongoing projects.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support progress tracking by regularly following up with team members to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
- Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project milestones are met and contributing to successful project closure.
- Keep a daily log of client communications and ensure they are well-documented across all active projects.
- Update and maintain CRM records to reflect current project statuses, client interactions, and other relevant information.
- Assist in compiling reports and summaries for internal and client-facing meetings as required.
- Provide additional support on various operational tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the customer success team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
