Senior Zoho Developer
LOCATION: Remote
Working Hours: 8 AM–5 PM GST 6 days/week

Seeking a skilled Senior Developer to design, customize, and optimize Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM solutions—delivering seamless automation, API integration, and business process improvement. Ideal candidate will also support a small development team and interface with internal and external stakeholders.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Zoho Creator applications and Zoho CRM modules and other Zoho Applications which integrate with Creator and CRM.
- Create, test, and optimize automation workflows using Deluge scripting, including buttons, functions, schedulers, and blueprints.
- Implement API integrations, webhooks, and connector-based integrations with third-party systems to ensure real-time data exchange.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, mapping data flows and designing efficient logic using relevant methodologies and use of UML or similar diagram conventions.
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and system troubleshooting to maintain data integrity and reliability.
- Deliver dashboards and analytics reports tailored to various business units, leveraging Zoho Analytics (if available).
- Mentor junior developers, oversee code reviews, implement coding best practices, and coordinate development tasks to support team productivity and delivery timelines.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM customization.
- Proficient in Deluge scripting for custom functions, task automation, and app logic.
- Strong experience developing RESTful API-based integrations, including webhooks and automation tools.
- Solid understanding of workflows, job scorecards, and automation principles.
- Demonstrated ability in delivering projects end-to-end under agile or structured methodologies.
- Team supervision experience—task allocations, reviews, onboarding.
Preferred:
- Zoho CRM or Creator Certified Developer.
- Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho One tools.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS for custom pages or widgets.
- Experience integrating with third-party business systems (ERP, payment, e‑commerce).
