Zoho Books Implementation Specialist
LOCATION: Remote
Working Hours: 8 AM–5 PM GST 6 days/week
Salary: ₹5.4–6.2 LPA (Negotiable)
We're seeking a seasoned Zoho Books Implementation Specialist who combines deep accounting expertise with strong technical skills. You'll configure Zoho Books, tailor workflows, automate financial processes, and guide clients—especially SMEs and property management firms—through setup, training, and financial reporting. Dubai travel may be required per project.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Set up Zoho Books – Create company structures, chart of accounts, taxes (including VAT), currencies, and templates
- Run daily accounting operations – Manage invoices, bills, bank reconciliations, and regular transactions
- Ensure VAT compliance – Prepare and file VAT returns for UAE, keeping everything in order
- Create helpful reports – Build easy-to-read profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and budget reports using Zoho Analytics
- Guide projects end to end – From initial setup through testing, go-live, and follow-up support
- Connect systems – Link Zoho Books with other Zoho tools, banks, or external platforms
- Support your clients – Write simple guides, train users, and be ready to troubleshoot or tweak processes
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of hands-on Zoho Books implementation experience (including advanced configuration, automation, and reporting)
- Strong accounting foundation • Experience with Zoho integrations, APIs, and Zoho One ecosystem
- Accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) or a relevant finance/commerce degree
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication—capable of training non-technical stakeholders
- Able to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple client relationship.
