Zoho Business Development Executive
LOCATION: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Zoho Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base through Zoho solutions. This role is central to identifying business opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored Zoho implementations that align with their goals. You will work closely with both the Technical and Client Success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Your ability to combine sales acumen with product knowledge will be key to accelerating our Zoho services growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify sales opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing or meeting in person.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. • Encourage and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of projects to drive the annual sales growth plan.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
- Keep customers well informed about latest technology developments and product innovations.
- Regularly review the changes and dynamics of the market to ensure that the opportunities are in line with the company's strategy.
- To manage customer accounts payable and ensuring on- time collection.
- To continuously improve current working knowledge of existing and new products and services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Zoho Sales experience is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales or business development roles.
- Salary : Between 4000 AED to 5000 AED
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
