Zoho Finance Implementer
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Position Overview:
The Zoho Finance Implementer is responsible for delivering complete, end-to-end financial and
inventory system implementations for clients. This role requires strong accounting understanding, deep
hands-on experience with the Zoho Finance Suite, and the ability to analyse and translate business
processes into effective system configurations. The implementer will participate in client discovery
sessions, prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents, develop project effort estimates, and ensure smooth
delivery from kickoff to go-live.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing Zoho Finance applications (Books, Inventory, Expense, Billing, Payroll, Commerce, Checkout, Finance Plus).
- Understanding of Accounting & Tax Principles and Processes
- Accounting background is a plus (GAAP, accounting cycles, reconciliation processes, and internal controls.)
- Proven experience handling complex inventory setups, including:
- Multi-warehouse, batch & serial tracking
- Bill of materials (BOM) / assemblies
- Reorder planning
- Returns & adjustments
- Experience in implementing foreign purchases, landed costs, duty, freight allocations, and valuation adjustments.
- Ability to map business needs to Zoho functionalities and design optimised workflows.
- E-Commerce integration and knowledge of other Zoho applications is a plus.

Responsibilities & Expectations
- End-to-End Zoho Finance Implementation
- Configure modules (Chart of Accounts, Taxes, Banking, Items, Warehouses, Automation, Templates, Approvals, Workflows).
- Set up inventory structures, landed costs, composite items, reorder rules, vendor processes, price lists, etc.
- Requirement Gathering & Scope Definition
- Facilitate discovery workshops.
- Document requirements and prepare Scope of Work (SOW) with clear assumptions, inclusions/exclusions.
- Data Migration & Go-Live Management
- Manage chart of accounts migration, item master cleanup, opening inventory, trial balance, and historical transactions (as per scope).
- Define inventory cut-off procedures.
- Validate migrated data before go-live.
- Support client during parallel run and post-go-live stabilization.
- Deliverables & Time Management
- Plan and deliver projects in a timely and structured manner.
- Coordinate dependencies (client readiness, data, integrations).
- User Training
- Deliver structured training sessions with hands-on exercises
- Prepare training materials, workflows, and SOPs.
- Product Demonstrations
- Conduct structured demos for Zoho Finance Applications tailored to client industry and pain points.
- Continuous Professional Development & Knowledge Base Development
- Demonstrate on-going learning in Accounting, Inventory and Finance.
- Build use-case scenarios, documentation, and step-by-step guides for internal reuse.
- Prepare solution blueprints for recurring client modules.
- Stay updated on new Zoho Finance features.
- Vendor & Support Liaison
- Raise tickets with Zoho Support, follow up for resolutions.
- Submit enhancement requests
