When did you last train the only team that brings in money?
Your most important team. Your revenue team. Your sales team.
Satya Vachan builds a twelve-month sales programme from your own process — your scenarios, your objections, your rate card — then measures what your team actually applies and reports it to you every month.
A 45-minute conversation with your leadership to understand how your team sells today, and whether we are the right fit for each other.

The symptoms
If three or more of these sound familiar, the problem isn't your people.

What you are actually buying
Almost every sales training on the market stops at step one.
Behaviour changes in three stages. Information is the easy one, and it is the only one most providers are set up to deliver. The two that follow are where the money either works or evaporates.
Step one · Delivered
Information
A trainer stands up, shares frameworks, runs an energetic room. Your team leaves knowing things they did not know that morning. This part is genuinely easy to buy.
Step two · Missing
No measurement of what is applied
Nobody checks whether a single technique made it onto the floor. Attendance gets recorded, feedback forms get collected, and application is assumed rather than evidenced.
Step three · Missing
No accountability on the trainer
The invoice is settled whether your numbers move or not. The trainer carries no obligation to your result, so nobody outside your business is answerable for whether anything changed.
In short: the information arrives, and the implementation never does.
Most trainers deliver and leave. We stay attached to the outcome, report on it monthly, and grow your sales against a number we agreed on day one.
The actual problem
Training changes what people know in three hours. It changes what they do over weeks.
And only when somebody is watching. Energy in a room is not evidence of anything — it is the most reliably misread signal in corporate learning, and it has a half-life of about two weeks.
Three conditions have to be met, or training reverts to entertainment.
Condition one
Relevance
Content built from your business — your customer journey, your objections, your margins — not lifted from a generic library and re-labelled with your logo.
Condition two
Measurement
Evidence of who is applying the method and who is not. Scored, recorded and checked in the field rather than assumed from attendance.
Condition three
Consequence
A named owner inside your business who reads that evidence every month and acts on it. Without a name against it, nothing is owned.
- Relevance without measurement — a well-received session nobody applies.
- Measurement without consequence — reports nobody reads.
- Consequence without relevance — pressure on your team to apply a method that was never built for your business.
The engagement
We work with one corporate team for twelve months. Not an afternoon.
Sales behaviour does not reset in a workshop. It resets when the same method is taught, practised, measured and reviewed across a full commercial year — long enough to cover your seasons, your quiet months and your renewals. Everything below is built around that timeframe.
The three programmes
The training is the same standard in all three. What changes is how much of the system you want around it.

How we work
Four steps, in this order, across the twelve months.
Discovery
We map your customer journey and your product journey, then define with leadership exactly what should be different in twelve months, in numbers.
Custom curriculum
Sessions are written for your business — your scenarios, your objections, your rate card — and sequenced as a twelve-month arc rather than a series of one-offs.
Delivery
Two three-hour sessions a month, up to 20 people in the room, at your venue. Practical work, not lecture.
Accountability
Scorecards, quizzes, completion tracking, live field checks, and a monthly written report to leadership showing who is applying the method and who is not.
One shared language
Imagine a sales floor where every person uses the same language, the same tools and the same method — and improves at the same time.
That is what a curriculum does that a workshop cannot. These are the frameworks your team learns, practises and is scored against.
Hover or tap any framework for a plain explanation.
- People buy from people they know, like and trust, in that order. The framework sequences your team's outreach so trust is earned before a proposal is ever sent.
- A qualification check covering Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline. It stops your team spending three weeks on someone who was never in a position to buy.
- Finding what you genuinely share with someone, and what each of you is working towards. Liking is not produced by charm — it appears the moment two people discover common ground, or that one is already doing what the other hopes to do.
- The deliberate removal of friction from every step a customer takes to buy from you. Where price and product are equal, the easier supplier wins.
- A sequence of small agreements that build commitment before the large one is requested. Each yes makes the next one feel natural rather than pressured.
- Name the customer's pain, attach a number to solving it, then present your benefit against that number. Your price stops being compared to zero.
- Moving the conversation to next steps as though the decision is already made, rather than asking permission to proceed. It removes the pause where deals go quiet.
- Leading with contribution before extraction — introductions, insight, help offered first. Referrals and repeat business follow the salesperson who gave first.
- Building the commercial case in the customer's own numbers rather than your features. The conversation moves from what it costs to what it returns.
Two ways to start
Neither one costs you anything, and neither one is a pitch.
Option one
Book a sales assessment
A 45-minute conversation with you and your sales leadership. We look at how your team sells today, where the process breaks, and whether we are the right fit for each other. If we are, that is when we offer a complimentary three-hour session with your team so you can watch us work before any conversation about money.
Option two
Take the Sales System Scorecard
Twelve questions about how your sales function actually runs, answered from where you sit. Four minutes. At the end you get a score across structure, measurement and accountability, the specific gap that is costing you most, and which of the three programmes fits — or whether you need one at all.
Take the scorecardWho is teaching
Satyen Babla
Sales trainer, speaker and entrepreneur. Chief Executive and founder of Zopreneurs, Zoho's highest value scoring partner globally, and the youngest Executive Director in the history of BNI New Dubai. He publishes an ongoing library of short, practical sales frameworks on LinkedIn under #SatyaVachan.
He is not a career trainer. He builds and runs sales teams, implements the systems those teams sell through, and teaches from what he has had to make work in his own businesses. Everything taught in a Satya Vachan session has been run somewhere with revenue attached to it.
Built on generations of business leadership
100 years in Dubai. Four generations. One commitment.
Every company has a story that starts before it was founded. Ours begins with Narayandas Narsingdas — Satyen's grandfather, and one of Dubai's pioneering Indian businessmen. His contribution to the emirate's early commercial life, and his reputation for doing business plainly, is the standard the family has traded under ever since.
This matters to you for one commercial reason. A twelve-month programme is only worth buying from a business that plans in decades. The parent company has traded in Dubai under the same family since before the UAE was formed, and the licence has never lapsed.

The Sales System Scorecard
Twelve questions. Four minutes. An honest read on your sales function.
Answer as the business sees it rather than as you would like it to be. There is no passing grade — the point is to find which of the three layers is missing.
